Messaging program
By opting into SMS messages from a studio using ClassTrellis, you agree to receive operational notifications for the household connected to your account.
You consent to receive recurring informational text messages by providing your mobile number and selecting the studio's SMS consent option, or by giving another clear confirmation requested by the studio. Consent is not a condition of purchasing classes or services. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Messages are sent for studio operations, including schedule changes, class reminders, enrollment updates, account notices, and other service communications related to your household. ClassTrellis does not use this program for unrelated advertising or promotional campaigns.
Message frequency varies based on studio activity, class schedules, and account events. Messages are event-driven and are not sent on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. ClassTrellis does not control carrier charges. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to the message. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that sending program unless you provide new consent. A studio may need to re-confirm consent before service messages resume.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@classtrellis.com. Support questions about a class, schedule, registration, or account should also be directed to the studio that sent the message.
You may enroll only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your number current and notify the studio if it changes. ClassTrellis and the studio may suspend messaging when consent cannot be verified, the account is inactive, or delivery creates a security or compliance concern.
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how ClassTrellis handles mobile information, consent records, and delivery data. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We may update these terms when the messaging program, legal requirements, or product behavior changes. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date.
